Biak Tsunami stimulated by earthquake happens near New Guena trench actually on 0,67⁰south latitude and 136,62⁰east longitude, with Mw = 8,2 at 17 February 1996 (Harvard CMT Catalogue). This Tsunami had the people more than 213 people, infrastructure and building suffer serious destruction. This study will stimulated wave appearance and spreading with using Tsunami source with different fault. Some efforts to do to gets a model which can abtain high simulation result. Limited high of field measurement result like as model application of complex fault in order to gets high Tsunami source. The verification of model do with compare a high of simulation result and high of field measurement result and using Aida number accounting. This modelling using complex fault model that it is direct a best model. The arriving time of complex fault model result on the northern Korim beach and the southern Biak beach faster than the other fault model. Key word : earthquake, Tsunami, center fault.
