    Abstract

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership, organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. With the hypothesis of work motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture have a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation significant effect on employee performance, leadership significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction significant effect on employee performance. Explanatory research is a research study or research explanations. The population in the study were all employees of PT. Trans Jogja, amounting to 62 employees, using questionnaire data collection procedures, data analysis techniques using partial least squares (PLS). Based on the results of data analysis has been done, it can be concluded as follows: (1) motivation to work have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Trans Jogja in Yogyakarta. This means the higher the motivation provided by organsasi the satisfaction of its work will increase, (2) Leadership significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Trans Jogja in Yogyakarta. This means more and better leadership on the organsasi employee job satisfaction will increase, (3) organizational culture have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Trans Jogja in Yogyakarta. This means the better the organizational culture of employee job satisfaction will increase, (4) motivation to work significantly influence the performance of employees at PT. Trans Jogja in Yogyakarta. This means the higher the motivation provided by organsasi the employee's performance will increase, (5) Leadership significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Trans Jogja in Yogyakarta. This means more and better leadership on organsasi the employee's performance will increase, (6) organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees at PT. Trans Jogja in Yogyakarta. This means the better the organizational culture of the employee's performance will increase, (7) Job satisfaction significantly influence the performance of employees at PT. Trans Jogja in Yogyakarta. This means the higher the perceived level of satisfaction of employees then the employee's performance will be higher.
