    Abstract

    In this study, hypothesis were tested that the quality of relationship model of perceived supervisory support, perceived organizational support, and afective organizational commitment depends on similarity of values between organization’s values and individual’s values. Four hundred employees from twenty five service industry completed measures of perceived supervisory support, perceived organizational support, perceived similarity values, and afective organizational commitment. Data analyzed using correlation and structural equation modeling showed positive association of all variables and supported for the hypothesis.
