M. GALOEH ADHIESETYO , HARIYONO (2012) STUDY OF GROUNDWATER QUALITY FROM EX – DRILLING MUD TREATMENT ACTIVITY IN CENTRALIZED MUD TREATING FACILITIES (CMTF) PT. CHEVRON PACIFIC INDONESIA, DURI OPERATION. Jurusan Ekonomi Akuntansi UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta.
Abstract
abstract PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia is one of biggest oil company in the world. One of location PT. Chevron pacific Indonesia in Duri, Riau. On drilling to get oil will be produce waste, like ex drilling mud. It’s include waste hazardous and toxic. Ex drilling mud treatment’s name is Centralized Mud Treating Facilities (CMTF). Expected by CMTF is ex drilling mud can be reuse again and safe to environment. Methods of this research is survey and analysist. This method do survey in field and analysis of result laboratory with make comprasion with standart quality chart. Parameters used in this research are arsenic (As), pH, iron (Fe), mercury (Hg), lead (Pb), barium (Ba), and clorida (Cl - ). Regulation that serve as reference is Regulation of Government Republic Indonesia Number 82 Year 2001 On Water Quality Management And Control Of Water Pollution (Water Class I) and Regulation of Health Ministers of Republic Indonesia Number 492 Year 2010 On Requirements Drink Water Quality. From result this study, know that arsenic content in sampel under water standart quality, ranged from <0,001 – 0,003 mg/l with standart quality is 0,05 mg/l (PerMenKes No 492/2010). pH in sampel ranged from 7,2 – 7,6 with standart quality is 6,5 – 8,5 (PerMenKes No 492/ 2010). Iron content in sampel ranged from 0,02 – 3,6 mg/l with standart quality is 0,3 mg/l (dan PerMenKes No 492/2010). occurrence of multiple sampel above standart quality because some well near swamp. Swamp give influence groundwater. This is supported by the result of testing on the effluent. Result on effluent, iron content in water under standart quality. Mercury content in sampel ranged from <0,0005 mg/l with quality standart 0,001 mg/l (PP No 82 Tahun 2001). lead content ini sampel ranged from <0,001 – 0,002 mg/l with quality standart 0,01 mg/l (PerMenKes No 492/2010). barium content in sampel ranged from <0,01 – 0,03 mg/l with quality standart 0,7 mg/l (PerMenKes No 492/2010). Clorida content in sampel ranged from 1,2 – 98,4 mg/l with quality standart 250 mg/l (PerMenKes No 492/2010). Key word : ex drilling mud, CMTF, groundwater
