Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze: what are financial ratio’s (CsR, CR, DTA, ROI, and EPS) simultaneously influence to cash dividend, what are financial ratio’s (CsR, CR, DTA, ROI, and EPS) partially influence to cash dividend and between financial ratio’s (CsR, CR, DTA, ROI, and EPS) in this study dominantly influence to cash dividend. Using purposive sampling, the sample in this study are 17 company’s listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange over the period 2000 - 2005. With multiple regression, this study founds: financial ratio’s (CsR, CR, DTA, ROI, and EPS) simultaneously influence to cash dividend, Financial ratio’s (CsR, CR, DTA) non significant influence to cash dividend but ROI and EPS significant influence to cash dividend.
