Abstract
The purpose of this study to analyze: whether there is any significant difference in financial performance before and after right issue, whether there is any significant difference in financial performance rights issue’s company and non rights issue’s company before and after right issue. With purposive sampling, there are 14 right issue’s company and 33 non right issue’s company as a sample. Based paired and independent sample t-test, this result can proved there are no different financial performance and there are no different financial performance rights issue’s company and non rights issue’s company before and after right issue. Key words: financial performance, right issue, rights issue’s company and non rights issue’s company
