    Abstract

    The study aims to analyze the influence of capital, labor and natural resources (energy) in large and medium industries to economic growth, equitable income distribution and poverty in Indonesia. The data used are secondary data from the provinces in Indonesia in 2002-2007. Analysis tool used is multiple regression with panel data. In this study conducted three times a regression and Chow test results based on these three is better to use Fixed Effect Model. Results showed that individually : a. capital and energy have a positive influence on economic growth, while labor has no influence on economic growth; b. capital influence on equitable income distribution but does not match hypothesis because capital precisely negative influence on the equitable income distribution, labor has a positive influence on equitable income distribution and natural resources (energy) does not influence on equitable income distribution; c. labor has a positive influence on poverty that does not match hypothesis, while the capital and energy have no influence on poverty. Simultaneously all of the variables included in the model are capital, labor and natural resources (Energy) in the large and medium industries influnce on economic growth, equitable income distribution and poverty in Indonesia.
