Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth (DX1), the interest rate (DX2) and government policy dummy (DumKP) against the concentration of manufacturing employment (DY) large and medium in Indonesia with the EG- ECM approach the year 1990-2008. For purposes of analysis used secondary data from the 1990-2008 time series data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). Based on the estimates, the study found that the variables of economic growth, interest rates and government policy in the short term the only variable that affects the interest rate and t-statistical significant variables, while for economic growth and government policies have no significant impact and no t -statistics.
