    Abstract

    Improving the quality of human resources has become a necessity and the demands of organizations and individuals who manned the organization. This is certainly required a high commitment to realize the mission and vision of the organization. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational climate, individual characteristics, through job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The research was conducted at the Military Academy, the respondents who used as many as 105 teaching staff (lecturers / gumil), using StructuralEquation Modeling (SEM). The results: There was a significant effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment through job satisfaction of educators (Gumil / Lecturer) Military Academy in Magelang. There was no significant influence of organizational climate on organizational commitment through job satisfaction of educators (Gumil / Lecturer) Military Academy in Magelang. There was no significant influence of individual characteristics on organizational commitment through job satisfaction of educators (Gumil / Lecturer) Military Academy in Magelang.
