    Abstract

    Human resources plays a very important role because human factors (man) determine the viability of companies, so that companies always involve human beings in realizing their goals. This study took PT. Coca Cola Distribution Indonesia in Rungkut, Surabaya, which the employees’ performance was decrease, marked by high of employee’s absenteeism rate. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture on performance through employees’ job satisfaction. Data collected from 110 employees. Measurement techniques used semantic differential scale. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analyzed with path analysis. Results showed that (1) organizational culture has positive effect on job satisfaction, (2) job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance, 3) organizational culture has positive effect on employee performance.
