Abstract

Application of new technologies, including information technology, and had always led to acceptance and rejection reactions. The research objective was to analyze the acceptance of information technology by lecturers and students in MM UPNVY using the Technology Acceptance MOdel (TAM). The use of TAM model was base on the fact that so far the TAM was a concept that was considered the best in explaining behavior of new information technology system users. Researchers analyzed the bahavior of lecturers and students in the acceptance of information tehnology in supporting teaching and learning with two convictions are based on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The study poppulation is a. The sample of the research was lecturers and students at the Magister Management UPN Veteran Yogyakarta which has been using information technology.
