    Abstract

    New development of business environment with rapid and significance change,higher uncertainty and intense of business rivalry made firms forced to adapt with change in order to maintaining business sustainability. Agility is vital to the maintain firms competitive advantage. Firm are relying on information technology, including process, knowledge and communication technologies to enhance their competitive performance through innovation in products, services,channel and market segmentation. In turn, digitalization made firms have capability to generate sustainable competitive action and clarity of strategic direction for business success.
