    Abstract

    Type of this research is experiment by comparing softskill value before and after treatmnet trhough exercesizy both theory and practice. This research using compare means analysis by comparing student’s pre test value and student’s post test value. Unit analysis of the research is students of Business Administration Department UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta which is devided in three groups. Based on data analysis can be conclded that Businees Incubator is a kind of efective learning method to increasesosftskill of students mainly for developing entrepreneurship spirit and also was found business incubator model which is suitable to develop soft skill is by giving more practical knoledge than theoritical one.
