Abstract
Tonasa Formation in “Belladina” Field located in South Makassar Basin.
Dominant lithology in this formation is limestone that prospect as reservoir rock. The
objective of this research to know the characterization and reservoir prospect zone
from acoustic impedance value and total porosity value from multiattribute neural
network analysis in Tonasa Formation.
Multiattribute analysis is a method for distribute physical properties of rock
from target logs to seismic volume with atributte of data seismic and result of
inversion. Target using in this research is total porosity.
Distribution of acoustic impedance value about 17158-28445 ((ft /s)*(g/cc))
and distribution of total porosity about 10-26 %. Characterization of prospect zone
overflow acoustic impedance value about 17158 -234722 ((ft/s)*(g/cc)) and total
porosity value about 19 - 25 %.
